It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not like a product you receive, we will be happy to issue a refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, not opened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly to your card: keep in mind that it can take up to five days to appear in your account.
